Have you started to think about your idea for Radioactive / Butterfly yet? Will you take a photo? Will you manipulate something in Photoshop? Will you make a mashed potato sculpture ala “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”? Are you going to mow your lawn into some shape or design? What ever you decide to do, it’s due this Friday. This is just a friendly reminder to start thinking about, and maybe even start working on, what you want to do for this week’s challuunge. STARTER IDEA OF THE DAY: Have you always wanted to manipulate photos like the pros but don’t have Photoshop handy? Would you like to use a free online program to see if you REALLY like it? Well good news for you: http://www.picnik.com/ is a free online photo editor. You may just find that you like to manipulate photos so much that you have to get Photoshop right away. You never know? Give it a shot. We’ll see you all this Friday for the art work submissions and the voting.

This week’s art challuunge is due in a couple of hours. Have you done yours yet? Just one art challuunge submission a week will make you a healthier person and will produce disease fighting antibodies that will ward off dragon attacks in dark alleys (which happens more than one might think).

So head on out into the great wide open and create something this week. Your brain will thank you!

- We are switching up the Random Words Art Challuunge. We are going from THREE random words to TWO random words a week. This should simplify each challuunge and hopefully increase participation and excitement.–Today is the last day we’ll be voting on words. After the first week's submissions are posted the voting will shift to the artwork. That's right, you will now be voting on whose art is the most creative, cleverest, most colorful, most black and white, coolest, hottest or the best fit for the words. Whatever the reason, you will be picking a winner from each week's submissions. That winner will choose the next week's two words (anything goes). Kind of fun, eh?
